The Hario Buono kettle is pretty much the standard in pouring kettles for home or cafe use. It allows you to direct the flow of the water over your coffee bed and also control the pace, ensuring you have the potential to get the most out of your coffee. This kettle is also burner-friendly, so if the feeling takes you, you can bring it to the boil like old fashioned kettles. Just don't try and heat it in the microwave. This is the small (1L) version of the standard Hario Buono kettle.

Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped the next business day.

Free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

Coffee and other consumable items are final sale and non-refundable - we roast to order, and freshness matters. If anything is wrong with your order (incorrect or damaged items), contact us at info@figarocoffeehouse.com and we'll make it right.

Equipment and other non-consumable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Subscriptions

Recurring subscription orders can be skipped, rescheduled, or cancelled anytime from your account. Annual prepaid subscriptions are billed upfront for the year and are non-refundable.
